Before You Delete
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Active subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play before deletion; we cannot refund unused subscription time.
- Unused virtual currency or items will be forfeited.
- Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, legal holds).
- Download or save any content you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
If you only need a break, consider logging out or adjusting notification settings instead of deleting your account.
Delete in the App

Open Fervio and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings (sidebar menu → Settings / Account).

Select "Delete Account" and read the confirmation notice.

Confirm deletion. Your account will be scheduled for removal. Processing may take up to 30 days.
If you cannot access the app, email
lkh693065@gmail.com from your registered address with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your Fervio user ID.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information, avatar, and display name
- Chat history and media you uploaded
- Match history and in-app preferences
- Virtual items tied to your account
Anonymized analytics and legally required records may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
What May Be Retained
- Records needed for fraud prevention, billing disputes, or legal compliance
- Information already included in aggregated or de-identified analytics
- Content preserved under a valid legal hold or regulatory request
- Backup copies that are deleted on a rolling schedule
Processing Timeline
Once confirmed, account deletion is scheduled and typically completed within 30 days. During this period your profile may be hidden and login disabled. If you sign in before processing finishes and cancellation is supported, you may be able to stop deletion depending on product availability.
Delete by Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to lkh693065@gmail.com from the address linked to your account when possible. Include:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your Fervio user ID or registered email/phone
- A clear statement that you want permanent deletion
We may ask for additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
