Fervio is built for genuine connection among adults aged 18 and older. Every user deserves a welcoming environment free from abuse, exploitation, and deception. These guidelines apply to profiles, chats, live sessions, media, and any feature within the app.

We may update these guidelines as our community and product evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.

Positive Community Standards

Be respectful, honest, and considerate in conversations and profile presentation
Honor boundaries and stop contact when another user declines interaction
Protect your own privacy and avoid sharing sensitive personal details too quickly
Use reporting tools when you see behavior that puts others at risk

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment & HateNo bullying, threats, slurs, or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics.

Sexual ExploitationNo nudity involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or solicitation of sexual services.

Violence & Self-HarmNo glorification of violence, credible threats, or encouragement of self-harm.

Fraud & ScamsNo impersonation, phishing, fake giveaways, or financial scams.

Spam & ManipulationNo bulk messaging, bot activity, or artificial engagement schemes.

Illegal ActivityNo promotion of illegal goods, services, or activities.

Profile & Media Standards

Use a real or consistent display identity; do not impersonate others.
Profile photos and shared media must not contain illegal, sexually explicit, or excessively violent content.
Respect intellectual property; do not upload content you do not have rights to share.

Live Interaction

Obtain consent before recording or sharing conversations outside Fervio.
Do not pressure others into sharing personal contact details or payments.
Report suspicious or harmful behavior immediately using in-app tools.
Do not display illegal, sexually explicit, or violent content during live sessions.
Respect cultural differences while maintaining compliance with these rules.

Commercial & Promotional Activity

Unauthorized advertising, pyramid schemes, paid relationship solicitation, or repeated promotional messaging is not allowed. Verified partnerships or campaigns may only be conducted with our prior written approval.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the in-app report function or email lkh693065@gmail.com. Provide as much detail as possible, including usernames, timestamps, and screenshots. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Severe violations—especially those involving minors—may be reported to authorities. Repeat or escalating violations may lead to stronger penalties.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing lkh693065@gmail.com with your username and a clear explanation.
