By downloading, registering, or using Fervio, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Child Protection Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Users under 18 are not permitted. We may request age verification and suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Fervio is a social platform for adults. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Fervio provides social communication features including profile creation, discovery, text chat, media sharing, and video-style interaction. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
We do not guarantee that you will match with any particular user, that conversations will continue uninterrupted, or that the service will meet every personal expectation. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
You agree not to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, distribute malware, circumvent security, scrape data, or use Fervio for unlawful purposes. Content and behavior must follow our Community Guidelines.
You must not:
Fervio may offer in-app purchases, virtual currency, or subscription plans processed through platform billing. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy. Virtual items have no cash value outside the app and cannot be transferred except as expressly permitted within Fervio.
Prices, packages, and promotional offers may change. Subscription renewals are managed through your app store account settings unless otherwise stated at purchase.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Li Kh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, process, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve Fervio. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for reasonable backup or legal retention periods.
You represent that you have the rights to upload and share your content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Fervio, its logos, design, software, and related materials are owned by Li Kh or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations, risk to users, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time following account_delete_agreement.html.
Upon termination, your right to use Fervio ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as disclaimers, liability limits, and content licenses for previously shared material—will remain in effect.
Fervio is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not control user-generated content or conduct and are not responsible for interactions between users on or off the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Li Kh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to Fervio will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at lkh693065@gmail.com and allow a reasonable period to resolve the issue informally. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Li Kh's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
