Age Requirement

Fervio is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where they live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed promptly.

Parents & Guardians: If you believe your child has created an account or shared data on Fervio, contact lkh693065@gmail.com immediately with the username and any relevant details.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

Such conduct results in immediate account termination and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local authorities.

Detection & Response

Automated & human review

We combine automated signals, user reports, and trained reviewers to identify policy violations involving minors. Suspicious accounts may be flagged for additional review, restricted, or removed before a full investigation is complete.

Law enforcement cooperation

We preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating child safety incidents, consistent with applicable law. Where required, we report apparent CSAM to organizations such as NCMEC or equivalent regional bodies.

Response timeline

Reports involving minors are prioritized. We aim to review urgent child-safety reports promptly and take immediate action when credible harm is identified.

Data Handling for Minor-Related Reports

Information submitted in a child-safety report may be used to investigate the incident, protect users, enforce policies, and cooperate with authorities. We limit access to such data to trained staff and retain it only as long as necessary for safety, legal, or compliance purposes.

Parental Guidance

We encourage families to discuss online safety, privacy settings on devices, and the importance of not sharing personal information with strangers. Fervio is not designed for supervised child use.

Reporting

Use in-app reporting tools or email lkh693065@gmail.com with subject line "Child Safety Report." Include screenshots, usernames, and timestamps when available. We prioritize these reports.

Please do not share illegal content outside official reporting channels. Doing so may create additional legal risk and hinder proper investigation.
